Data Access Groups

Before production use, the study team should test access from the perspective of each role and site. Testing should include record creation, report viewing, data export, query workflows, and attempts to view records from another site. The test should confirm both positive access, where users can perform needed tasks, and negative access, where users cannot see records outside their approved scope.
