Data Access Groups

Data Access Groups are a practical REDCap control for multisite studies where staff should see only the records they are authorized to view. They should be planned alongside user roles, reports, training, access logs, and governance procedures. A strong DAG plan helps protect participant confidentiality, supports site accountability, and reduces the risk of inappropriate record exposure.
