Data Visualization and Dashboards: Summary and Assessment

Create a script named `04_visualize_monitoring_outputs.R`. Use the prepared participant dataset and query listing from previous chapters. Generate four plots: enrollment by site, cumulative enrollment over time, missing day 28 outcomes among participants whose outcomes are due, and open queries by site. Export the plots to the `outputs` folder. Reflection questions: Which plot is most useful for the data manager? Which plot is most useful for the principal investigator? What denominators should be shown? Which outputs could expose sensitive information if shared widely?
